Today we would like to introduce our special menu.
Our recommendation is sukiyaki made with carefully selected Wagyu beef from Kyushu.
We select the most delicious meat of each season and serve it with the utmost care.
The star of the sukiyaki, the wagyu beef, is complemented by an egg called “Ran-O” from Oita Prefecture.
The bright orange yolk is full of flavor and richness.
Also, be sure to try our aromatic white mushrooms and our signature rice cake wrappers with mentaiko (seasoned cod roe).
