当店では、国産豚肉と2種類（特上・上）の九州産ブランド和牛を使用したしゃぶしゃぶをご用意しております。
特上のお肉は柔らかく、脂の豊かさが特徴で、上のお肉はほどよい脂身があり、食べやすい仕上がりです。
また、完全オリジナルの（明太子入り）もご堪能いただけます。
さらに、北伊醤油と共同開発したポン酢やごまだれ、明太子を使った当店特製のたれとともに、和牛の旨みと深い味わいを存分にお楽しみいただけます。

Our shabu-shabu is prepared with domestic pork and two types (extra top and top) of Kyushu brand wagyu beef.
The extra top meat is tender and rich in fat, while the top meat has just the right amount of fat to make it easy to eat.
You will also enjoy our completely original mochi kinchaku (rice cake wrapper) with mentaiko (cod roe).
In addition, you can fully enjoy the delicious and deep flavor of the wagyu beef along with our special sauce made from ponzu, sesame sauce, and mentaiko (cod roe), which we jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.
We have also taken great care to create a space where our customers can enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
