当店では、に使用するお肉として、国産豚肉と九州産のブランド和牛の2種類（特上・上）をご用意しております。
お肉の特徴:
•特上: 柔らかく、脂身が多め。贅沢な味わいを楽しめます。
•上: 老若男女問わずおすすめで、脂身が少なめ。どなたでも楽しめる一品です。
当店自家製の「餅巾着」は入りで、特別な一品です。お肉との相性が抜群です。
また、お肉に合うワインや日本酒、九州特産の果実サワーなど、豊富なドリンクメニューも取り揃えております。ぜひご賞味ください。
さらに、北伊醤油と共同開発したポン酢やごまだれ、明太子を使用した特製のタレで、和牛の旨みや深い味わいを存分にお楽しみいただけます。

We offer two types of meat for shabu-shabu: domestic pork and Kyushu brand wagyu beef (extra high and high).
Meat Characteristics
-Extra high: Tender and fatty.You can enjoy a luxurious taste.
-Top: Recommended for both men and women of all ages, with less fatty meat.It is a dish that anyone can enjoy.
Our homemade “Mochi Kinchaku” is a special dish with mentaiko (cod roe).It goes great with the meat.
We also have an extensive drink menu that includes wine, sake, and Kyushu’s specialty fruit sours that go well with our meats.We hope you will enjoy them.
In addition, you can fully enjoy the flavor and deep taste of Wagyu beef with our special sauce made from ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and mentaiko (cod roe), which we jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.
