and all other ingredients are carefully selected and first-rate.
Especially, we use branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu, so you can enjoy the quality of the meat and its rich flavor.
We are also particular about the restaurant’s interior space.
The restaurant displays the works of calligraphy artist FU Nakamura, who combines modern sensibilities with the beauty of traditional calligraphy, as well as Hakata textiles, a traditional Fukuoka craft, allowing diners to enjoy their meal while experiencing local culture.
Furthermore, the restaurant features a karesansui (dry landscape garden), providing a luxurious setting for dining.
