Our meat is safe and delicious.
We use brand-name Wagyu beef produced in Kyushu, and furthermore, we carefully select the most delicious beef from the best regions in Kyushu according to the season.
We recommend the quality of Hakata Wagyu and Nagasaki Wagyu as they are particularly good.
Of course, we are particular about the quality of our meat,

The eggs we carefully select are “Ran-O” eggs produced in Oita Prefecture.
The eggs are characterized by their bright orange yolk and strong flavor.
