Our shabu-shabu is made of domestic pork and 2 kinds of branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu.

Our specialty “Mochi Kinchaku”(rice cake stuffed with cod roe) is also included in the package.
Please enjoy the taste of Wagyu beef by dipping it in our special sauce made from Ponzu sauce, sesame sauce and Mentaiko (cod roe), which was jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.
We also have a wide selection of wine, sake, and Kyushu fruit sours that go perfectly with our menu.
