当店の に使用しているお肉は、国産豚肉と2種類(特上・上)の九州産ブランド和牛です 。
お肉の特徴として、
特上は柔らかめで脂が多く
上は脂が程よく食べやすい
という特徴があります。
完全オリジナルの餅巾着(明太子入)も入っており、おすすめのメニューです。
北伊醤油と共同開発したポン酢やごまだれ、明太子使用、当店特製のたれにつけて
和牛の旨み・深い味わいをたっぷりとお楽しみください。

Our is made of domestic pork and 2 kinds of beef (extra high grade and high grade) from Kyushu.
The characteristics of the meat are as follows,
Extra top is tender and has a lot of fat.
The top beef has a good amount of fat and is easy to eat.
The top is easy to eat with just the right amount of fat.
It also includes our original rice cake wrapper (with cod roe), which is highly recommended.
It is served with our special sauce, which uses ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and mentaiko (cod roe), jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.
