The meat we use for our shabu-shabu is
We use domestic pork and 2 kinds of branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu (extra high grade and high grade).

Extra high quality: Tender (with much fat)
Top …suitable for all ages and sexes.(Less fatty).
The original “Mochi Kinchaku”(rice cake wrapper) with mentaiko(cod roe) is also included.
You can enjoy the luxurious taste and deep flavor of Wagyu beef to your heart’s content with Ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, and special sauce with Mentaiko (cod roe), which were jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.Please enjoy your special moment.
