Our recommended menu is excellent sukiyaki.
The meat we use is Wagyu beef from Kyushu.
We carefully select the region of origin depending on the season and time of year so that we can provide you with the most delicious meat.
We also carefully select our eggs.
We use a variety called “Ran-O” from Oita Prefecture. These eggs have a bright orange yolk that is full of flavor and richness.
When intertwined with the sukiyaki meat, the rich flavor is mouthwatering and sumptuous.
