The meat we use for our is
We use domestic pork and 2 kinds of branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu.
Characteristics of the meat
Extra high quality: tender (with much fat)
Top …suitable for all ages and sexes.(Less fatty).
We also offer our original “Mochi Kinchaku”(rice cake wrapper) with mentaiko(cod roe).
We have a wide variety of wines, Japanese sake, and Kyushu fruit sours which go well with our menu!

Our special sauce, which uses ponzu, sesame sauce and mentaiko (cod roe), jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce, is served on top of the wagyu beef.
