The meat we use for is
We use domestic pork and 2 kinds of branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu.
Characteristics of the meat
Extra high quality: tender (with much fat)
Top …suitable for all ages and sexes.(Less fatty).
The original “Mochi Kinchaku”(rice cake wrapped with cod roe) is also included in the package.
Wine and Sake are served with the meat,

Please add our special sauce made from ponzu sauce, sesame sauce and mentaiko (cod roe), which was jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce, to the meat.
