We use domestic pork and 2 kinds of branded Wagyu beef from Kyushu.

Extra high quality: tender (with much fat)
Top …suitable for all ages and sexes (less fatty)
The original “Mochi Kinchaku”(rice cake wrapper with cod roe) is also included in the package.

Dip it in our special sauce, using ponzu sauce, sesame sauce and mentaiko (cod roe), which we jointly developed with Kitai Soy Sauce.
