完全オリジナルの餅巾着(明太子入)も入っております。
しゃぶしゃぶには、軽やかでフルーティーな白ワインや、柔らかなタンニンの赤ワインが合います。

北伊醤油と共同開発したポン酢やごまだれ、明太子使用当店特製のたれにつけて
